After the session, maybe you feel like hugging a tree or grounding barefoot to release tension? That’s all perfectly welcome.
Nature invites you to slow down, to feel, and to come home to yourself.

During a walking coaching or therapy session, we combine movement, nature, and awareness. You don’t have to do anything, everything is allowed.
Maybe you simply want to walk and share your story while I listen and tune in to what is present. Sometimes we explore patterns or emotions that arise, or work with small exercises to help you ground more deeply in your body and heart.

Nature acts as a powerful mirror: everything you encounter outside reflects something from your inner world. A stormy sky, a path opening up, a bird flying by at just the right moment. Everything carries meaning when you learn to listen.
